Project HAQ is a public-interest initiative by the Chenab Times Foundation dedicated to transparency, accountability, and evidence-based advocacy in Jammu & Kashmir. Through RTIs, data analysis, investigations, and civic campaigns, Project HAQ tracks issues related to electricity, water, education, healthcare, environment, infrastructure, governance, and citizen rights to promote informed public discourse and meaningful change.
